Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy can help you to change your perspective and change your life, helping with a wide range of challenges including, anxiety, stress, phobias, habit change and confidence building. Hypnotherapy works with the subconscious mind. In a state of deep relaxation, self hypnosis, the subconscious mind is more active and accessible, through relaxation, guided imagery, time line, regression, positive suggestions and confidence boosting, unwanted behaviours or emotions can be reprogrammed to more positive ones. Hypnotherapy supports the desire to change, working on a subconscious level to create lasting change in habits, behaviours and beliefs, it can help to reset, refresh and change thought processes and patterns, for a healthier, more positive outlook. All hypnosis is self hypnosis, you make the decisions, you make the changes, I help and guide you to find out the root cores, resolve and how to change your perspective and heal.

I can help to support your wellbeing by working on your confidence, self resilience, and helping you to process emotions with a positive focused outlook, changing perceptions on how you see, view and process.

Hypnotherapy linked with techniques used in CBT, EFT and NLP can help you to refocus your thoughts from negative or self sabotaging to positive and self love.

Working together to find the root cores of your negative thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and behaviours, to resolve. refresh and refocus. Making you feel happier, more confident and emotionally regulated.

I also suggest and embed you the tools and strategies to cope with and overcome difficult and challenging situations in the future. See how you will feel in a weeks time...a months time.....even a years time.

I can help to support you and your team and employees with their mental health and wellbeing.

Sessions can be individual 1:1 support or small groups, both providing a unique and client centred approach to meet the needs of your work place.

Sessions can be yoga, meditation, or hypnotherapy based, or even a fusion of all three to combine and enhance mindfulness, emotional and physical wellbeing

Wellbeing  is vitally important for the welfare of all those in the workplace, on all levels.

A team that is well balanced, emotionally regulated, and has the tools to cope when things are difficult and busy are more productive, resilient and happy in the workplace.

Individuals can benefit from hypnotherapy and Wellbeing for you sessions.

Groups can benefit from sessions to support with reducing stress, anxiety.

Yoga / Meditation

One to one and small group  bespoke yoga sessions in a relaxing environment in my therapy room, online, or in the workplace.

Yoga helps in targeting specific pain or stiffness, it helps to promote flexibility, strengthen muscles, and benefits joint mobility and circulation. Yoga also helps to relive stress, enhance mindfulness and physical wellbeing, a full body and mind workout that aids relaxing and better sleep, and overall wellbeing.

Meditation can be infused into yoga, this can help to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, help with focus, attention and support emotional regulation. 

I can also teach meditation and breathing techniques to use by yourself to enhance your wellbeing, using breathing techniques and regular meditation can promote an overall sense of calm and wellbeing.

Sessions takes place in my home, in a private and relaxing environment.

Come and relax, refresh and refocus. Feel safe and secure as you drift into a wonderful deep state of relaxation, reflect, resolve and change your perspective, change your life.

Evenings from 16:45

Some weekend appointments are available.

Day time appointments are available at certain times but can be limited. 

Session are usually 1 hour

Wellbeing at work can be arranged for 1 to 2 hourly sessions or wellbeing mornings / afternoons.

All session fees available on request.

Multiple sessions available for yoga / meditation and wellbeing at work at a discount.

Weight loss and stop smoking are offered on a one fee for a programme of sessions.

 

The number of sessions required can vary on the issues wanting to be resolved, your goals and willingness to achieve. This will be discussed and arranged during consultation and continued transparency at end of each session.

3. Your first session. We will get to know each other, time for you to relax, and we will discuss how your hypnotherapy or other session will work, what are your goals and desires from our sessions. Your therapy journey begins.

4. Subsequent sessions. Continued work, confidence boosting, learning tools and strategies to help you be the you, you want to be. 

For wellbeing at work we can discuss your workplace needs, arrange a meeting to discuss how you would like to offer sessions to your team and work together to provide sessions or a programme that is client centred. Then we begin supporting the health and wellbeing in your work place.
